Introduction: Breast milk (ASI) is the perfect and best food for babies, because breast milk contains complete nutrients for the baby's needs. Methods: The type of research used is observational analytical survey research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study was 67 people. The sample in this study was 48 people, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling, a sampling technique based on certain considerations. Results: Factors related to exclusive breastfeeding are support from Javanese friends, factors not related to exclusive breastfeeding are knowledge, attitudes, support from health facilities and husband's support. Conclusion: Healthcare workers generally have good and sufficient knowledge. However, some still do not provide exclusive breastfeeding. It is hoped that healthcare workers' attitudes toward supporting breastfeeding can be maintained so that they can leverage the attitudes of other working mothers to increase exclusive breastfeeding rates.
